Polaris | New features in Version 1.5

Polaris version 1.5 will be deployed in Switzerland and Liechtenstein on February 17.

This release represents the most substantial update since the introduction of Polaris, delivering major advances that improve integration, communication, and user experience at all levels of the organization.

The key highlights of this release are as follows:

• The wizards for membership management have been completely redesigned. The processes for adding a new member, transferring a member, or recording a resignation have been significantly simplified and made more intuitive. Users are now guided step by step through each process, reducing errors and ensuring smoother data management.
• Flexible filtering and recipient list generation allow clubs, districts, and multiple districts to create customized recipient lists for their communications. These new tools enable more targeted, effective, and transparent communication at all levels of the organization.

Together, these improvements represent a major step forward in the  ongoing development of Polaris, providing greater functionality, better collaboration, and a smoother, more user-friendly experience for all units.
